What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the topic you pick, and your message. There are no hidden fields and nothing else is taken from the form. If you email us directly instead, we have whatever you put in the email.

Cookies, analytics, and logs

There is no account on this site and nothing to log into, so nothing needs to keep you signed in.

We may use analytics that count page views in aggregate so we can see which pages get read. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build a profile of you.

Our host keeps ordinary access logs. Those include IP addresses, browser type, and the time of each request. They exist to keep the site up and to deal with abuse.

Who else handles it

• CloudflareHosts the site and routes our email. Keeps the access logs described above.
• Web3FormsPasses contact-form messages to our inbox. See their privacy policy.
• GoogleProvides the Gmail mailbox your message arrives in.

What we do with it

We answer you. We do not sell your information or hand it to anyone who wants to market to you, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. If we ever do send something you can unsubscribe from, every message will say how.

When we would have to hand it over

If a subpoena, court order, or law requires us to produce it, we will. We will tell you that it happened unless we are forbidden from doing so.

Links to other sites

This page links to Web3Forms, and we may link elsewhere in future. Once you are on someone else's site their rules apply, not ours.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS. It has no database and no login, so nothing about you is stored on the site itself. Your message sits in our email. We take reasonable care with that account, but nothing sent over the internet is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our email while we are working together, and afterward for as long as we may need the history. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

Email hello@braetechlabs.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. There is no account to close.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Governing law

We operate from Colorado, and this policy is governed by Colorado law.
